The book is about a 12 year old girl who moves to a new town and she struggles with being the new kid. The fairy world helps her to escape what is going on around her. I blog on my website about my experiences as a children's lit writer, the craft of writing, my favorite books both old and new, as well as anything else that pops into my over-active brain. I write a lot for teachers and librarians often inspired by the students at the workshops I lead at local school and libraries.
