I enjoyed this book, and I will read Gaiman again; however I did not like it as much as I expected. I think perhaps because I liked The Graveyard Book so well I had preconceived notions of how this book would be. It has some creative details, and I love the language (very British,) but I cannot put my finger on what seems to be missing for me. However, as I said it is enjoyable, and I would recommend it to others who enjoy fantasy.

I have this book, and I cannot wait until I have time to read it. It was recommended to me by one of my students who saw me reading Gaiman's The Graveyard Book. I had not read this author before that, and I really enjoyed his writing. I am glad to have another one of his books to try.
